We participated
in the 3rd Fispal Latino - Latin Food Fair in the United States
of America from May 31 to June 2, 2007, in the Miami Beach Convention
Center. The fair brought together nearly 600 companies that produce,
process, package and distribute food with a Latin flavor from
different countries, but mainly from Latin America, Spain and
the United States itself.
representied a major Brazilian producer of a 40% grade artisan
alcoholic sugar cane liquor called CACHACA at Fispal.




We produce over
1 million liters of the spirit per year. Scale, standardization,
competitive pricing, and guaranteed delivery are features of
the organization based in the State of Espirito Santo, Brazil.
Production is done under strict environmental guidelines being
ecologically correct and its fermentation is made from yeast
captured just in the environment. The sugar cane stems are manually
harvested. Slash-and-burn practices and the use of chemicals
are both prohibited.
